In this vibrant conversation, participants will also discuss ideas around championing equality, resilience and shaping a more inclusive climate in sports. 

In a lively discussion around career paths and leveraging community connectivity in sports, LGBTQ+ sports professionals will connect on the wide variety of jobs and careers in the sports world. By sharing experiences and exploring innovative ideas, each panelist will share their career journeys, their love of sports, their unique experiences, and ways to engage in the sports job marketplace. 

Educators, athletes, advocates, and policy experts gather to discuss the current state of LGBTQ+ sports policies and practices by state and as it relates to public and private education in K-12 and colleges. Through a vibrant dialogue, gaining insights into both progress and persistent barriers, fostering unity, empowerment, and advocacy within the LGBTQ + sports community. 

Photographer and sociologist Jeff Sheng spent ten years photographing LGBTQ+ student athletes, culminating in a photography exhibit and speaking tour, as well as the publishing of the Fearless book, featuring Jeff's story and photographs. Jeff will lead a conversation with athletes featured in the Fearless book, sharing the stories of his work, and catching up with those who appeared in the photographs.
